First to go up was Takuma's group. Their idea was to hang the Kamon on a string, and using magnets, they'd put them on all the windows. But as some teachers wouldn't want wooden circles on their windows, the idea didn't make it to the finals.
Next we had James' group, whose idea was to hang the Kamon above the stairs. After closely looking at this idea in action, the idea was put into the finals.
Next was Miki's group, who sadly, only consisted of Miki. Her idea was to put the Kamon into a cherry blossom formation to keep with the Japanese Theme. But after putting it into practice, we realized the idea was a little out of reach. It did not make it to the finals.
Right after was Sean's group. Their idea was to cut the acrylic parts of the table in the CAD building and fit them with our Kamon. This cool idea made it straight to the Finals.
Finally was Kai's group. Their idea was to stick the Kamon onto the walls of the stairs with Velcro Tape so other items could easily come on and off as the year went on. They also made it to the finals.
But in the end, after a convincing class vote, Mr. Neale chose Sean and Megumi's group as the winners. They won the prize of two ¥750 tickets. Congratulations!!!!
